If you have a commercial deal in the Des Moines metro—including Des Moines, West Des Moines, Clive, Johnston, Urbandale, Ankeny or Waukee—we will talk it through. RAW offers listing-side help when you are selling or leasing out, and buyer or tenant representation when you are acquiring or leasing in, for a flat 2% fee. The fee and the scope go in a signed agreement with LPT Realty, LLC before work starts.

Why a flat 2%

Commercial fees are often quoted as a sliding commission or a split schedule that is hard to compare. RAW’s commercial fee is a straight 2% of the transaction price for the side we represent, spelled out up front. No invented savings claims, and no fee tiers on this page.
