Compensation is agreed in writing before we tour, and we'll walk you through it. It is often paid by the seller as a concession, but that is never guaranteed. If a seller does not offer a concession that covers the agreed amount, we discuss options before you proceed. No percentage or fee is published on this page; the written agreement you review and sign is what controls.
