RAW Real Estate

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects, how it is used, and your choices. It covers RawRealEstateTeam.com, operated by Alex McConeghey, Realtor®, RAW Real Estate | LPT Realty, LLC (“we,” “us”).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site (the free consultation form and the showing request forms on our listing pages):

Your name and email address
Your phone number, if you provide it (optional)
A property address, what you’re interested in, and any notes or preferred showing times you type in
Whether you checked the optional “Yes, text me” box, along with the date and time and the page you submitted from, so we have a record of your choice

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives that same basic technical information when a page loads.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry or showing request
To provide the real estate services you ask about, such as listing, buying or scheduling a showing
To follow up with you, including keeping your contact details and notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through an email delivery service and may be stored in our email and CRM. We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, and with others when needed to provide a service you’ve asked for or when required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

Opt-in only. We text you only if you check the optional “Yes, text me” box on a form, or otherwise ask us to text you. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Messages are about your real estate inquiry and may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set its own cookies. The forms work without cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.

Keeping your information secure

The site uses HTTPS, so information you send through our forms is encrypted on its way to us. Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to help you. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information like financial account or Social Security numbers through the forms.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to stop other follow-up, contact us below.
