“Regarding his honesty, there was one house specifically that we really liked that he told us he believed was overpriced. If he had given us a hard sell, we would have made an offer on the house, and made his job easier, but his priority was doing good job for us, even if that meant more work or ultimately a lower commission.”
“I was Alex's first client and he sold my house in four days! We were happy with his responsiveness, attention to detail and his enthusiasm to go all out to get the house sold quickly.”
“Alex was an amazing realtor! He was responsive, on time, was able to make himself available at times that worked for us, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to any of my friends in a heartbeat.…”
“…We looked at over 20 homes with no pressure from him to make a quick decision. He is looking out for his clients best interest and pointing out issues that we missed.…”
“…He closes with care. He walked us through the 60 day close process. He answered every little question we had along the way. He drove to my office to pick up missing documents.…”
“…He was also very helpful in the negotiation process, offering ideas on how I could find a middle-ground with the seller.”
Tell me a little about your property and timing. I’ll follow up personally, usually the same day.
